Tajikistan protecting of Cultural Property

Accession by Tajikistan to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict (The Hague, 26 March 1999)
On 21 February 2006, Tajikistan deposited with the Director-General its instrument of accession to the Second Protocol to the Hague Convention of 1954 for the Protection of Cultural Property in the Event of Armed Conflict.

In accordance with the terms of its Article 43.2, the Protocol enters into force with respect to Tajikistan three months after the deposit of the instrument of accession, that is to say on 21 May 2006.
